We signed on with The Gannon Team and 4 days later our condo was sold! I wish we had signed on with them a lot sooner. From the very first call back a mere 10 minutes after sending an inquiry email the experience went amazingly smooth. Heather provided us with great tips on staging for the open houses. Brad and Theo walked us through the forms and steps required to make the listing and subsequent sale happen. They helped us set a price by providing great market analysis, recent sales, and honest opinions. When the offer was made and it was time to negotiate, Brad worked hard to get the best price available while also constantly updating us on our options.
We chose Brad and Theo mainly because they seemed honest and forthright from the beginning and truly know the area like no other and we wanted to go with the best, we were not disappointed. Hands down we would use them again and highly recommend them.
