While the Inventory of Detached housing throughout the lower mainland remains extremely low, condo inventory is little changed in many places.  Condo Sales are up but more listings are also coming on the market so a much more balanced level of supply/demand.  It's a fast paced market that shows some signs of peaking currently so stay in touch with us whether your plans are to buy or sell in 2015.

 In Burnaby for example roughly 700 active condo listings in March 2015 is relatively unchanged from March 2014.   But both number of new listings and sales were up for the month.   Detached is quite a different story as there were around 500 detached homes in April 2015 and there are currently 406 detached homes for sale in Burnaby.  That number is creeping
