We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team!  

Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Part-Time (20-30 hours/week), Permanent
Burnaby, British Columbia

 

We're a growing RE/MAX team with an intense drive to deliver professional results with integrity. We're looking for a reliable, trustworthy person that can assist us with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: 

  • Transaction processing
  • Arranging photos of listings (opening/locking up for photographer)
  • Hanging our real estate signs
  • Occasionally opening homes for Realtors
  • Uploading photos and listing dates to various websites
  • Managing social media platforms
  • Database maintenance
  • Ordering Strata documents and organizing
  • Responding to showing requests
  • Making appointments for our buyers
  • Preparing Open House materials
  • Updating Advertising materials
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • BC Driver’s License (and a car is preferred)
  • A high level of English proficiency
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Time flexibility (will also receive a very flexible schedule)
